Dr. Wendy Martelle, UAF Assistant Professor of Applied Linguistics & ESL, has taught Linguistics 101 in person for years. She delivered the course online for the first time in Spring 2016. In this interview with Instructional Designer Sean Holland, Dr. Martelle discusses some of the challenges of redeveloping and delivering the course online, and how that has affected her teaching.
