Ph.D. student Kristine Swain presents on early Cold War military imprints on Alaska, and US-Canadian cooperation and connections through military exercises. Kristine is the recipient of the Paul H. McCarthy award granted by the Alaska and Polar Regions Collections and Archives unit of the Elmer E. Rasmuson Library.
